She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Blaine Priddy and Murphy Nelson Priddy; her husbands, William Clarence Lawson and John Russell Carter; her sons, William McCrea Lawson and Jerry Priddy Lawson; her grandsons, James William Lawson and Joel McCrea Lawson; her son-in-law Larry Flynt; and her siblings, Carlos Priddy, Taze Priddy, Delia Priddy Hodgins, Zilla Priddy Lawson, Otha Kermit Priddy, Herbert Priddy and Cainey Priddy.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Lawson Flynt; her grandson Jonathan Brent Lawson (Peggy Lawson); and her great grandchild Hannah Lawson (Tony Bilello). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
