He was predeceased by: his parent Boyd Thurman Warlick; and his siblings, Thurman Warlick, Daniel Warlick and Ostine W. West. He is survived by: his parent Annie London Warlick; his wife Marlie Dean Lail Warlick; his children, Kenny Warlick (Monda) of Lawndale and Pam Grantt of North Wilkesboro; and his sister Sue W. Boles of Lawndale. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
