He was predeceased by: his parents, William Morse Shrader and Margaret Augusta Ford Lilly. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Ellen Farley Shrader; his children, Steven Shrader of Belmont and Debra Hoover (Adam) of Shelby; his siblings, Mark Selvey of Princeton, WV, Shirley Bailey of Stevensville, MD, Jimmie Starling of Tazewell, VA and Barbara Durham of Newark, DE; his granddaughters, Molly Hoover and Lucy Hoover; and his friends, Travis and Kathy Bailey.
