He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Green (Doc) and Pauline Green; his brother Johnny Van Green; his brothers-in-law, Mike Tessener and Glenn Williams; his nephew Chad Bradley; and his niece Keisha Sigmon.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lyons Green; his children, Hunter Green of Asheville and Megan Green of Crouse; and his sisters, Marie Green, Sherry Green Martinez of Polkville, Janie Green Tessener of Lawndale and Nellie Green Williams of Shelby. He is also survived by his family and was so proud of his son and daughter.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Howard's Creek Baptist Church (3118 NC-27, Lincolnton, NC 28092).
