We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Sue Swafford (Lawndale, North Carolina), born in Cleveland, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall J. Craig and Edna Lucille Keller Craig; her son Gary Lingerfelt; and her sister Helen Craig. She is survived by: her husband Leroy Swafford; her son Raymond Lingerfelt (Stephanie) of Vale; her stepchildren, Joseph Swafford of Concord, Chris Swafford of Shelby, Jessica Swafford of Shelby and Sarah Swafford of Shelby; and her siblings, James Craig of Vale, Fred Craig of Hildebran, Ernest Craig of Vale, Shelia Ramsey of Vale and Diane Allison of Lincolnton. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing will be required.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 3:30 pm at Charity Baptist Church Cemetery, Lawndale with the Rev. Shane Ramsey officiating.
