He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Quinton Burnett, Sr. and Kathleen Ida Moran Burnett; and his sisters, Loretta Burnett, Priscilla Harbottle and Roseann Lackey.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Anderson Burnett; his children, Jennifer Burnett of Tennessee, Curtis Burnett of Tennessee and Sarah Burnett; his siblings, Sammy Burnett, Danny Burnett, Davey Burnett and Debra Pardo; and his grandsons, Hunter and Xavier. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
