She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Wilson Ledbetter and Laura Alder Hartman Ledbetter; her husband Archie Dean Costner; her children-in-law, Vickie Costner, Theodore Sarinana and Sterling Pryor; and her siblings, Dan Ledbetter, Ann Pennington and Beatrice Adams.

She is survived by: her children, Andy Costner, Jane Sarinana of Lawndale and Judy Pryor of Lawndale; her brother Jim Ledbetter of Fallston; her grandchildren, Tommy Hudson, Kaylin Hudson, Carmella Sarinana, Kirsten Pryor Hudson and Nakota Pryor; and her great grandchildren, Adrian Watson, Elijah Watson, Kaylee Watson, Rhett Hudson and Khalil Watson.
