He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Adam McNeilly and Nancy Geneva Johnson McNeilly. He is survived by: his wife Edith Daphene McNeilly; his siblings, Ronnie McNeilly of Casar and Evelyn Peeler (Roger) of Connelly Springs; his nephews, Benny Peeler and Addy Kimball; and his niece Lisa Kimball (Corey).
