He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andrew Blevins and Melissa Ileen Barker Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lynn Richard Blevins; his children, Crystal Michelle Blevins (Melody Finney) of Lawndale, William Junior Blevins (Tamara Swindle) of Shelby and Brian Crotts (Angie) of Shelby; his siblings, Marla Wylie of Cherryville, Janie Bell of Kings Mountain and Mark Blevins of Lawndale; and his granddaughter Breanna Brusso. He is also survived by 12 other grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
