She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Pearl Simmons Dauphin; her husband Thomas Edwin Cook; and her sons, Dwight and Kenny Cook. She is survived by: her children, Micheal Cook (Lynda) of Shelby and Anita Cook Weaver (Jimmy) of Shelby; and her daughter-in-law Judy Cook of Oak Island.
