He was predeceased by: his parent William Frank Lowrance; his wife Estelle Gardner Moses Lowrance; his stepson Herchell "Bud" Moses; his daughter-in-law Barbara Moses; his grandson Roger Evans II; his siblings, Fred, Burgin, A. V. Lowrance, Minnie, Darcus, Josie and Carrie; and his sister-in-law Brenda Lowrance.
He is survived by: his parent Frances Short Lowrance; his daughter Donna Whitworth (Randy) of Grover; his grandchildren, Dawn Mertz and Kevin Mertz; his stepchildren, Martha Evans (Steve) of Shelby, Zonia McIntyre (Richie) of Shelby and Alford Moses (Cindy) of Lawndale; his brother Charles Lowrance of Grover; his grandchildren, Karen Hodges (Lee) of Ruffin, NC, Karl Moses (Tamara) of Polkville, Billy Fredell (Gina) of Shelby, Tonyia Honeycutt (Thomas) of Shelby, Tracy Lugo (Ben) of Georgia, A.
