He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Walker and Ruby Lee Buff Walker; his wife Helen Huss Walker; and his brother Danny Walker. He is survived by: his brothers, Ray Walker of Vale and Darrell Swink of Georgia; and his stepdaughters, Tina Carpenter of Charlotte, Rhonda Navey of Hickory and Deborah Bells of Lincolnton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
