She is survived by: her sons, Wade Cook (Rebecca) of Casar and Nathan Cook (Beth) of Lawndale; her siblings, Kelly Williams of Lawndale, Audrey Ellis of Shelby and Lynette Hoffman of Fallston; and her grandchildren, Deaton Cook, Kayden Cook, McKenna Hancock and Skylar Hancock.
