With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Elam Webb of Lawndale, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on December 14, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Debro Webb and Alma Pearson Webb; and his siblings, James "Turkey" Webb, Pete Webb and Katherine Webb.

He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Paxton Webb; his children, Kevin Webb (Katie Gregory) of Willow Spring and Christy Webb of Fuquay-Varina; his stepsons, Kelly Philbeck (Susan) of Stanley and Jacob Philbeck (Donna Slater) of Fallston; his sister Jeanette Frances of Boiling Springs; and his grandchildren, Travis Webb, Caroline Philbeck, Carson Philbeck, Zoee Philbeck and Sarah Gregory.
