She is survived by: her children, David Cook (Shelby) of Lawndale, Brenda Walker, Bernice Cook, Bonita Black and Barbara Cook; and her siblings, Buford Williams of Wilkesboro, Dennis, Della Upton of Vale and Phyllis Lewis of Shelby. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
