With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Barnett (Lawndale, North Carolina), born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on August 19, 2019 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Henry Barnett and Lottie Lou Jones Barnett; and his siblings, Bate Barnett, Bob Barnette, Charlie Barnett and Betty Irvin.
He is survived by: his daughter Pam Robinson; his sister Sheila Mathis (Ray) of Belwood; his grandchildren, Jordan Robinson (Megan), Jay Robinson (Dipa), Chase Hamrick (Christin), Haley Hamrick and Brandon Barnett Walker (Jacklyn); and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Hamrick and Holly Franklin.
