He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman E. Elliott and Fuschia C. Elliott; his wife Jewel Parker Elliott; his son-in-law William "Bill" Moore; and his sister Dorothy Elliott Sink.
He is survived by: his children, Ray Elliott (Karen) of Lawndale and Audrey Elliott Moore of Williamsburg, VA; his grandchildren, Morgan Elliott, Kimberly Honrine and Michael Moore; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Mason Honrine, Cora and Talan Moore.
