It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dollie M. Bumgardner (Lawndale, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Adrian Mincey and Vennie Melton Mincey; and her siblings, Perry, Carl, Johnny, Junior, Opal, Joy and Louise.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Eugene Bumgardner; her children, Daniel Bumgardner of Lawndale, Esper Bumgardner (Shelia) of Mooresboro, Inez Johnson of Forest City, Janie Dobbins of Forest City, Diane Bumgardner (David) of Forest City and Jeannie Byers (Randy) of Arkansas; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Mincey of Boiling Springs. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
