He is survived by: his children, Kelsey Elizabeth Mertz and Blake Lee Mertz; his fiancé Brandy Donaldson; his stepchildren, Raya, Amiah, Caden Donaldson and Atira Husky; his parents, John Mertz and Penny Sellers Mertz; his brother Jonathan Dean Mertz; his grandparents, Bill and Brenda Sellers; his nieces and nephews, Harley Marie Mertz and Landon Mertz; and his close friend Brian Thompson Numerous. He is also survived by son Numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
