She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Lindbergh and Elizabeth Whisenant Towery; her brother Dwight Towery; and her brother-in-law James Sisk. She is survived by: her husband Donald Ray Sisk; her son Brandon Towery (Hope) of Polkville; her stepson Donnie Sisk (Towana) of Lawndale; her siblings, Michael Towery of Golden Valley and Tamara Towery Grayson of Casar; her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Mellon (Rick) of Casar and Mary Sisk of Casar; her granddaughter Sage Elizabeth Towery; her stepgrandchildren, Brooklyn Sisk, Noah Sisk (Alena) and Eli Sisk; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Natalyn Teer.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home (846 E Stage Coach Trail, Lawndale, NC 28090, USA 28042). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Broad Baptist Church (2470 NC-226, Bostic, NC 28018).
