He was predeceased by: his sister Ruth Spurling. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Ledford Self; his sons, Cecil Self, Jr. (Leigh Ann) and Matt Self (Danielle); his grandchildren, Drew Self, Jake Self, Abby Self and Cooper Self; his brother Lloyd Self; and his brothers-in-law, Andy Ledford and Arthur Ledford (Judy).
