He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Raines and Ruth Morris Raines; and his former wife Jeanette Sellers Raines. He is survived by: his wife Janice Raines; his grandchildren, Morgan E. Morgan (Brad) and Brayden; his great grandchild Amelia Morgan; his siblings, Sue Strickland, Martha Myers (Bob) and Butch Raines (Jane); and his brother-in-law Loy Sellers (Pam).
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing will be required. In addition, the family would appreciate phone calls in place of home visits due to COVID-19.
