He is survived by: his parents, Paul Douglas McNeilly and Lou Ann Anthony McNeilly; his brother Brett McNeilly; his aunt Joy Anderson (Lee); his nieces, Chelsea Icehour (Adam) and Courtney Anderson; and his nephew Colby Anderson.
