He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gantt Price; his children, Matthew Mode (Mary Beth) of Gastonia, Nicole Jones (Tim) of Casar and Leah Ledbetter (Trey) of Shelby; and his brothers, Timmy Price (Kay) of Casar and Tommy Price (Paula) of Lawndale. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
