He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ray, Mary Jean Floyd of Polkville, NC, Jack and Mona Scism of Kings Mountain, NC.. He is survived by: his son Avery; his parent Danna Floyd; his sister Brittany Shaffer (Derek); his nieces and nephews, Madelyn, Mallory and Charlie; his sister Katy King (Heath); and his nephew Grady. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
