He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ingle and Laura Louise Vickers Ingle; his wife Margaret "Peggy" Susanna Newton Ingle; his grandson Ethan; and his siblings, Jack Ingle and Pat Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Walter Ingle (Bethany) of Kentucky, Susan Mills (Artie) of San Antonio, TX and Chrissie Koroivui (Mesu) of Durham; and his grandchildren, Reagan, Emma, Jacob, Chloe, Diama, Sereani and Mesu.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Old Laurel Hill Presbyterian Church (15301 McFarland Rd, Laurinburg, NC 28352).
