He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marvin Seals and Eva Hill Seals Robbins; and his brothers, William Seals and Ronnie Garland Seals. He is survived by: his sisters, Elaine S. Bailey of Laurel Hill and Susan S. Balcer of Conover. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
