She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Douglas Polston and Frances Hughes Polston; her husband Alfred Snead; her siblings, Margaret Wiley, Ruby Lee Driggers, James Albert Polston, Norman Polston and Malcolm Polston; and her grandson Timothy Lamm.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Snead (Vickie) and Sandra Lamm (Kenny); her grandchildren, Kevin Lamm (Zion), Katie Beekman (Jonathan) and Rebecca Snead; her great grandchildren, Raelyn Beekman and Zoe Lamm; and her sister-in-law Sarah Polston. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to New Hope Baptist Church, 11480 Hasty Road, Laurinburg, NC 28352.
