She is survived by: her husband Osborne Shelly Perry; her daughters, Jessica Webb (Adam) and Ashley Perry; her mother Connie Lewis; her siblings, Deborah Hudson (Chuck), Donna Osburn (Chuck) and Kelly Lewis (Kathryn); her siblings-in-law, Katie Perry and Jimmy Perry; and her grandchildren, Caleb, Alexis, Wyatt and Everett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
