He was predeceased by: his father Barry Lynn Mangum; his grandparents, Leonard, Ermie Rogers and William F. "Billy" Fields; and his pet Bella.
He is survived by: his mother Nancy Rogers Fields of Red Springs; his grandmother Evelyn Fields of Laurinburg; and his close friend Sarah Taylor. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
