He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Pankey of Laurinburg, NC; his wife Sharon McNeil-Hamer of Mint Hill, NC; his daughters, Aisha Dobbins, Tynisha Dobbins and LaShea Hamer; and his grandchildren, Amir and Amyah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins and friends.
