He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his children, Kenneth Locklear, Christopher Manuel and Robert Manuel; his stepchild Brian Manuel; and his sisters, Cindy Manuel Beagle and Kristie Manuel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews.
