She was predeceased by: her parents, Richmond Locklear and Cathie Lee Maynor Locklear; her former husband James L. Hunt; and her sisters, Ruby Neil and Daisy Locklear.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert Clark; her sons, Keith Clark (Leeann) of Laurinburg, NC. and Phillip Clark of Laurinburg, NC.; her granddaughters, Harley Clark Burchette (David) and Nacoma Clark; her great grandchild Riah Locklear; and her siblings, Ray Locklear (Barbara), Jerl Locklear (Effie), Badger Locklear, Eunice Brewer (Ray), Deanna Jones (Donald) and Barbara Locklear (Lacy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gray Pond Baptist Church (9901 Stewartsville Cemetery Rd, Laurinburg, NC 28352). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Clark Family Cemetery.
