He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ann Gibson McIntyre. He is survived by: his wife Noelle McIntyre; his children, Cassidy McIntyre Locklear (Jacob), Calli McIntyre, Corey McIntyre and Conley McIntyre; his father Mac McIntyre, Sr.; his sister Mary Mac McIntyre Outlaw (Johnny); his parents-in-law, Blanchard and Elsie Granville; his sisters-in-law, Jessica McInnis (Jonathan) and Melanie Leahy (Jim); his grandfather Williams; and his pet Chip. He is also survived by three nephews, two nieces, a nephew on the way, a friend like a brother.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Matt's memory to Christ the Cornerstone Academy Golf Team, 10401 McColl Road, Laurinburg, NC 28352.
