She is survived by: her children, Judy Lynn Penny of Laurinburg, Efferage Penny, Jr. (Cynthia) of Laurinburg and Johnnie Penny (Renee) of Maxton; her stepson Jimmy Hunt of Laurinburg; and her brother Daniel "Danny" Mack Locklear of Hamlet. She is also survived by loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and many devoted friends.
