We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2024, at the age of 75, Linda Priest Hendrix-Overton of Laurinburg, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Linda is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Linda's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Priest and Thelma Edwards Priest; her husband Donald B. Hendrix; and her siblings, W. L. Priest and Louise P. Harrell.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Hendrix-Williams (Lee) of Laurinburg; her sister Susan Tyndall of Raeford; and her grandchildren, Abigail Williams and Zachary Williams.
