He is survived by: his wife Janet Rex Jacobs; his son Ken; his grandchildren, Summer and Kensey; his sisters, Patricia Ann Priest of Wagram, Donna L. Stephens of Raymond, OH and Carolyn Sue Jones of Red Springs; his father-in-law Dennis Rex; his daughter-in-law Mary Jacobs of McColl, SC; his cousins, Tammy Baldwin (Mike), Myrtle Beach and Charles Drennan of Hamlet; and his pet Tater.
