She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Goins and Nancy Bryant Goins; and her siblings, Delton McGirt, Telford McGirt, Thomas McGirt, Sally Locklear and Vertis McGirt.
She is survived by: her husband James Willie Seals of Pembroke; her children, Chris Goins of Laurinburg, Melissa Locklear of Lumberton, Cathy Seals-Barber (George) of Laurinburg and Tina Seals (Michael) of Wagram; her siblings, Earl Goins of Laurel Hill and Elizabeth "Lib" Jernigan (Danny) of Gibson; her grandchildren, Mary, Nora Locklear (Austin), Alyssa, Alexa, Josh, Taylor, Brianna, Jacob Morgan (Anizza), Teaundra Lindsay (Jessie Beatty), Tabitha, Joe and Allison; and her close friend Varnell Green. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
