She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Ziegler and Johanna "Anni" Schussler Ziegler; her husband Jack Bennett, Jr.; her daughter Jackie Bennett; and her siblings, Dieter Ziegler, Heini Ziegler, Manferd Ziegler and Ruth Akers.
She is survived by: her sons, James Bennett (Colleen) of Laurinburg, Dieter Bennett (Tammy) of Mt. Gilead and Richard Bennett (Melissa) of Laurinburg; and her brother George Ziegler of Germany. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of loving extended family and friends.
