He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Estelle Hilburn Watts; his stepfather James Watts; his wife Brenda Seagraves Mariano; his siblings, Roddy Watts, Michael Mariano and Ann Mariano; his grandson Clark; and his great grandchild Tyler.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Roque (Javier) of Laurinburg, Brenda Locklear (Keith) of Lumberton, Tara Rodriguez (Fausto) of Laurinburg, Johnnie Mariano (Chris) of Laurinburg and Ashley Mariano (Woodie) of Dillon, SC; his siblings, Robert Watts (Teresa) of Dunn and Carrie Mariano of Laurinburg; his grandchildren, Steven, Harold Jr., Corey, Joe, Chris Jr., Shyanna, Brandon, Lexie, Jason, Liz, Destanie and Ollie; and his great grandchildren, DJ, Alana, Serenity, Peydon, Harold III, Savaeh, Paisleigh, Brentley, Brice, Ryleigh, Austin, Araya, Kamden, Keayla, Jakayla and Sage. He is also survived by his loving extended family and friends.
