He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Columbus Gibson and Susan Margaret Newton Gibson of Marlboro County; and his son Matthew Brian McCue. He is survived by: his wife Karen Gibson; and his children, Jimmy Junior "J. J." Gibson (Rose) of Raeford, Kevin Michael McCue (Sandra) of Sanford, Marcus Damian McCue (Allison) of Fayetteville and Lisa Gibson Coyles (Christopher) of Carthage.
