He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Baxter Lee and Elsie Grubbs Lee. He is survived by: his wife Carol Stutts Hammond Lee; his daughters, Hamilton Lee Gray (Chad Gray) and Erin Lee Ferguson (Paul Kostansek); his stepchildren, Philip C. Hammond III (Robin Wiegerink) and Helen Elizabeth Hammond (Kevin Elliott); and his grandchildren, Ethan Gray, Zoe Gray and Caroline Hammond.
