For Jeanette is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Locklear and Mamie Clark Locklear of Laurinburg, NC.; and her husband James "Raymond" Seals. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer. She is also survived by her loving family, many nieces and nephews, and her devoted neighbors.
