He is survived by: his wife Virginia Locklear Bryant; his children, James Allen "Peewee" Bryant, Jr. (Emalee) of Laurinburg, Cynthia Lynn Bryant of Laurinburg and Tabitha Lynn Berry of Gibson; his siblings, Thomas Bryant of Hamlet, Earl Bryant of Laurinburg, Mary Jane Bryant of Laurel Hill and Betty Haywood of Laurinburg; his grandchildren, Tara Locklear (Kevin), Taylor Tyndall, Madison Berry and Kaleb Bryant; and his great grandchildren, Iziah Locklear and Angelea Locklear. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
