He was predeceased by: his parent Carl Hegwer; his spouse Barbara "Bobbie" Gilmore Hegwer; and his brothers, Ervin Hegwer and Carl Hegwer, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Henry R. Hegwer, Jr. (Mary) of Laurinburg and Susan H. O'Neill of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Maggie Dudzie, Emily Kerns, Charlie Robert Hegwer and Sam Blancher; his stepgrandchildren, Terri Knight, Leslie Carter and Nicholas Carter; and his great grandchildren, Aislen Gallops, Ethan Knight, James Davis, Taylor Davis, Dawson Scott, Jace Scott, Evan Scott and Madison Trapp. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many friends.
