She was predeceased by: her parent William Spivey; her husbands, Martin English, Sr. and John Bloxson; and her siblings, Tom Spivey, Hubert Spivey, Fred Spivey, Junior Spivey, Nellie Locklear, Catherine Gulledge and Elise Butler.
She is survived by: her parent Madgie Jacobs Spivey; and her children, Madgie Jordan of Savannah, GA and Martin English, Jr. (Phyllis) of Laurinburg. She is also survived by five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; a host of loving nieces, nephews and many friends.
