We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2025, at the age of 80, Edna Bullard Lowery (Laurinburg, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Ashley Bullard and Ethel Mae Hunt Bullard; her husband Wilton Lowery; and her siblings, Raybon Bullard, Martin "Buddy" Bullard, Johnny Bullard, Larry Bullard, James Bullard, Martha Mae Owens, Rosen Dale Locklear, Lois Linda Jacobs, Penny Lowery and Gerlen Oxendine.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Lowery (Linda) of Laurinburg and Wanda Locklear (Larry) of Maxton; her siblings, Claybon Bullard of Prospect and Earletha Troublefield (Bobby) of Laurinburg; her grandchildren, Nicholas S. Lowery (Janay), Katlyn M. Lowery (Michael) and Morgan P. Locklear (Jamie); and her great grandchildren, Kaizlynn M. Locklear, Mi'Kaiah D. Locklear, Mah'Kai L. Locklear, Layla Locklear, Jaxton Lowery, Ne'vaeh Lowery and Raelynn Adena Lambert.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel (13640 Andrew Jackson Hwy, Laurinburg, NC 28352). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Smithtown Church of God (3832 McGirt Rd, Maxton, NC 28364).
