He was predeceased by: his parents, John Turner and Pauline Hatcher Turner Gibson; and his siblings, Randy Gibson and Linda Joyce Haywood. He is survived by: his wife Terry Ann Brown Turner; his daughters, Susan Paulette "Paula" Turner-White of Hamlet and Leslie Ann Turner Willis (Raymond) of Laurel Hill; and his brothers, Jasper Lee Turner (Judy), Raymond Gibson (Terresa) and Laurel Hill.
