He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marcus Grant Locklear and Fantasia Nichole Locklear; his siblings, Jeremiah Oxendine, Hezekiah Oxendine, Nehemiah Oxendine, Jessiah Oxendine, Saniyiah Locklear, Layonna Locklear and Madelyn Locklear; his grandparents, Ernest, Debbie Locklear, Maxine and Eddie Caulder; and his great-grandparent Retha Deese.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Locklear Family Cemetery.
