She is survived by: her husband Dr. Elbert "Pat" Patton; her sister Gayle Henderson of Locust Grove, VA; her children, Janet Hunter (Eddie) of Laurinburg, NC, Paul Patton (Sonya) of Charlotte, NC and Joseph Patton (Tracy) of Laurinburg, NC; and her grandchildren, Maggie McCaskill (Adam), Chris Hunter (Jennifer), Drew Parham (Holly), Lauren Weaver (Steve), Anna Patton, Jackson Patton and Aiden Patton. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
